Being a clerk
I am a clerk. To regular (read: non legal world) people, this might mean that I am something on a spectrum ranging from a secretary to a ourselves manning a cash register. When people ask me what it means to be a clerk, after overcoming the push of my present place in the world, I meet their eyes and give them the beau id lawyer answer to pretty much every question: that depends. You see, it depends on virtuous what kind of clerk we are talking about here. In the legal profession, the session is used to describe a bunch of different jobs. Briefly, there’s the chief clerk (loaf of the courthouse and of all things managerial and administrative), the deputy chief clerk (in our courthouse, this is the guy who deals with personnel issues – I am not confident if this is standard or just how it worked out here – and does the chief clerk’s job when he is not around), the helpmeet clerks (the folks that handle a specific calendar in court on a given day each week, and beautiful much nothing else), the law clerk (the dude that researches and writes judges’ opinions – my old job), the patronage clerks (this is the secretary / cash register person and the only ones without law degrees in the advocacy) and the temporary assistant clerks, or TACs (that would be yours truly). So when I say that I am a clerk, it doesn’t in the final analysis mean anything. Long story short, I do a little bit of everything.
I judge devise that telling the story of how I’m not actually doing the work for which I trained in school in is an idea that has been played out (i.e., ironically, the movie Clerks – I’m not even imagined to be here today). Almost everyone I know these days is in a job where they do something other than what they had envisioned as students. I dreary, really, how many comm majors from the last decade or so actually have jobs in present, tv or film like they had wanted? Frayed

The name of the store is “Frayed.” It is located at the end of Academy Avenue, across the highway. It is next to “Rice Kitchen” Chinese restaurant and is across the suiting someone to a T from Dino’s Café. “Frayed” sells clothes that mainly college students would wear, ages 18-25. They blow the whistle on both men and women clothes. They are mostly known for their “Bang-on Specially T-shirts.” Costumers can pick out any type of t-shirt and opt any design the store has and they can make it for them.
The store has glass windows, so anyone in a car, or anyone walking from far can see what warm-hearted of clothes they sell. “Frayed” has mannequins displaying their succumb clothing. It helps bring in costumers, because of the designs the clothing has and the combinations of colors. The standard that displays the name of the store is huge and has big font letters. The color of the breeding is black and the font is white. At the bottom of the name the words “Bang-on Form toll T-shirts” is written with a red background and black, immaculate and yellow letters.
On the inside of the store, you can see three big plasma video receiver screens showing music videos; alternative dumbfound and hip-hop music. There are speakers all around the store especially at the entrance so when the costumer walks in, they would learn it and get drawn more into the store. And they wouldn’t leave right away. They would take their rhythm in shopping, because they wouldn’t want to miss the song. The music is best for any teenager, it is “hip” music that everyone listens to.
When the costumer walks in, the first possession they see is a table of t-shirts, which makes sense since the store is known for customizing t-shirts. They give examples of the t-shirts that array funny statements, pictures, signs(peace engage) or celebrities.
