WMO
The days of openly WVO are rapidly coming to a close. So what is a guy to do? I am customary to shift development focus from Waste Vegetable Oil and look at exploring use of Demolish Motor Oil. Yes, I know it is not going to have the sweet reek of French Fries as I drive down the road but it will be a very cost actual and plentiful fuel source for those that are early down that path.
The way I see it, WMO has two dominating hurtles that are similar to the hurtles of using WVO as a fuel in a diesel motor.
1) The waste oil is contaminated
2) The misuse oil has much higher viscosity than diesel oil.
In short, both of these issues have been solved in the WVO bustle. An oil centrifuge is required to remove solid and liquid contaminants from the motor oil regardless of volume and a heated two tank system is required to safely use it in your diesel locomotive. I will be exploring these issues and documenting my experience in the lay out forum on this wvo site. Feel free to add your comments.

I have been collecting and filtering Misuse Vegetable Oil using an WVO Centrifuge for many months now. It was obviously the way to go as I had to start with 200-300 gallons of oil per week! Initially I was very disturbed about overflowing in oil but quickly found that there were many people that would take it off your hands for a reasonable payment (especially if it was clean). I paid $700 for a machined rotor and a motor from Open Centrifuge and had to design and build my own enclosure. As time went on, I started a website to allocation the Ford Conversion I came up with and also the design and setup of my WVO centrifuge. What I found was that not only did people desire the design but many wanted to actually purchase the parts. At this unceasingly a once the only “complete” centrifuges were those little Diesel Craftiness units and, not to get off topic, but I can’t see that they are worth the cost of shipping. None the less, to sermon demand and the obvious need in the waste oil for fuel community; I took my entity as a prototype and added my engineering design and manufacturing adventure to design a product suitable for the serious oil collector or Co-op but priced for the own. The result is the “Raw Power WVO Centrifuge. It is an all cast aluminum automobile a machined rotor very similar to another product on the market but, as a substitute for of an incredible $2200 price tag I can offer my unit in a intact kit form for $1500. And as if it wasn’t a good enough lot, I am offering a pre-production discount for those that order in advance of the break of dawn October delivery date. $1000 Complete for the month of August. I worth all feedback and comments.
